Hello! I'm Daniela Ruisanchez, and I'd like to welcome you to my little corner of the web. If you've made it this far, maybe you're looking for a a place where you feel understood or a support for you or your family in those moments that feel more difficult. My vocation is to help you navigate these challenges, accompanying you in discovering your strengths and offering you tools that can really make a difference in your day-to-day life. My work focuses on provide a safe and friendly space where you can express yourself, heal and find answers, whatever your situation.

On this website I want to show you a little of what I do and how I can help you. Here you will find information about the services I offer at every stage of life. In the section of Therapy Children'sIn this section, you can find out more about how I work with children to help them overcome behavioural problems, improve their social skills and deal with difficult situations, such as bullying or academic difficulties. If you have a teenager at home, in the section on Therapy for Adolescents I share how I address issues such as emotional management, family conflict management and support in times of demotivation or personal dissatisfaction. And, for young adults, you will also find my approach to issues such as anxiety, grief and strengthening self-esteem in the Therapy for Adults.

Also, I know that being a parent is not easy, and sometimes it's nice to have a guide in times of doubt or difficulty. That is why I have created a space for Advice for Parentswhere you can find communication tools, strategies for resolving family conflict and tips for building your confidence in parenting. I want the parents who visit me to feel supported and confident in their role, helping them to build family relationships based on respect, communication and love.

In this blogIn the space where you are now, I will be sharing articles and reflections that I hope you will find useful. Here I will talk about topics such as managing emotions, how to improve self-esteem, communication strategies and many other aspects that can help you in your day to day life. My idea is for this blog to become a small practical guide where you will find tips and tools that you can apply, either for yourself or for your children, at home and whenever you need it.
